Assessment privacy notice

Information used by this platform

Accounts store your name, email and WordPress credentials. School membership, class, assignments, saved answers, attempt timing and results support assessment delivery. Authorized school staff can access assessment records for their school. Platform administrators manage accounts and access. Security and administrative logs record actions and identifiers without plaintext passwords or invitation tokens.

Browser storage and email

WordPress cookies support sign-in. This browser may keep pending exam answers for recovery until they are saved or the attempt ends. Invitations and password reset messages use the site email configuration.

Retention and requests

Assessment records are retained until an authorized administrator applies the site retention policy. Plugin deactivation and ordinary uninstall preserve examination records. Contact the site operator or your school to request access, correction, export or deletion. The site operator must publish its identity, contact details, retention schedule and any additional hosting or analytics processing before collecting student information.
